So the girls and I walk into the Pizza Hut and are greeted by the waitress,

“Have a seat I’ll be right with you!” So we sit down.

Five minutes later, (So much for “Be right with you”) she takes out drink orders. We sit and wait some more, there is no pizza at the buffet, only salad. So we munch like rabbits on our salads, eagerly waiting for pizza. After all, it was PIZZA Hut and we were there for the PIZZA buffet.

Ten minutes later, one hot pizza is set on the buffet table. Eight men jump up and pounce on it and it was gone within a minute. No exaggeration. Do you see the Animal Planet/Animals hunting for prey analogy here? I think there was even one guy that got a table so close to the buffet it looked like he was sitting at the buffet table from a distance.

The waitress disappeared just shortly after my drink was gone and I started licking the ranch dressing that was leftover on my plate from my salad, thinking this was all I was going to get for lunch so I better enjoy it.

So we wait some more until the next batch of pizza’s come out to hopefully get a chance at finally eating lunch. Two more hot pizzas come out and the same eight guys that pounced on the last pizza got up again for round two.

Here we go.

We decided to brave it and got up and started to form a line around the buffet with hunger starting to take effect. I finally made it up to the buffet table and decided to stock up in case this was my last chance at a fulfilling lunch. I grabbed 4 pieces of pizza and ran out of the buffet jungle before one of these men decided to have me for lunch instead since there was probably going to be another pizza shortage.

Where do these men put it all? Half of them looked like they needed an air conditioning compressor connected to their stomach’s because they were eating these pizza’s like wildfire.

That experience was very interesting to say the least. Not that I have never seen a man act like a hungry animal before, trust me, I live and feed one at my house, and we’re not talking about my dogs.
Anyway, I’m in for a fun weekend! Lots of events going on downtown as far as going out to party and celebrate just to celebrate so hopefully I will make it out of my weekend with lots of fun photos, hopefully a new outfit and a pair of cute heels, and a fun story to tell.
